The Worthiness pity system adds +1% skin chance per Stand Arrow used, resetting when you receive any skin. Legendary skins are the rarest and most visually impressive, featuring anime crossover designs like Galaxy Garou (Star Platinum), Goku (The World), and Igris (King Crimson).
